• We aim to provide a premium and professional service for those who require a home visit.
• Identification – all of the Staff who carry out home visits and evaluations will carry photo identification with them at all times. To verify that somebody who calls to your home is part of The Mobility Company, feel free to ask them for their photo identification which you can also verify by calling 0800 276460.
• We never cold-call, all our appointments are made in response to requests from our customers and we will never call to your home unscheduled.
• We treat your home and everybody in it with respect and care.
• Where possible it is worthwhile having support (family member or friend) being present at our appointments.
